Symmetrex Announces New Partner Agreement with Transaction Management, LLC
Innovative New Bill Payment Services Platform provides “instant” load stations for Symmetrex Prepaid Cards
MAITLAND, FL – April 5, 2004 – Symmetrex, Inc, a nation-wide secured financial payments transaction processing company, today announced their new partnership with Transaction Management, LLC (TMLLC), a leading electronic payment services company developing, marketing and processing electronic transaction and walk-in bill payment services to a nationwide market for Vista Bank, Ralls, Texas.
An estimated 25 million U.S. wage earners who operate without checking accounts represent a market in need of a solution. TMLLC offers the solution for this significant segment of the population via the web-based tool EmpaSys “Pay All Bills Here” (www.payallbillshere.com and www.empasys.com), an electronic bill payment solution from Vista Bank, available to merchants worldwide. This platform enables a merchant to act as a payment agent, allowing their walk-in customers to pay any or all of their bills at the merchant's locations. EmpaSys facilitates the transfer of funds from a cash paying customer to a biller or creditor conveniently and securely using the Internet.
The EmpaSys “Pay All Bills Here” system has been integrated real-time into the Symmetrex i24Card prepaid card management system as a biller, giving their cardholders instant loading capabilities to their card accounts and providing access to those funds immediately. Along with prepaid loading functions, Symmetrex’s card issuing clients will also be authorized to access all of the bill payment services offered through EmpaSys.
“This partnership begins to revolutionize the capabilities of prepaid cards. Symmetrex completes its’ product offering by providing safe, secure and instant loading stations for all of our cardholders, coupled with the ability to access prepaid cards anywhere,” commented Mike Muscato, Symmetrex Chief Executive Officer.
“Working together with Symmetrex will extend Transaction Management’s mission of providing people without checking accounts access to real-time financial products, while also utilizing the ease and convenience of debit cards. We look forward to marrying our offerings to speed innovation in the marketplace,” said Larry Scudder, Transaction Management co-founder and Chief Executive Officer.
